They say they are all about autonomy to assidt the customer. NOT in cashiering. You have to call a manager over every time you accidentally scan an item twice, you need a manager for almost all coupons, for all giftcards, for all price adjustments, basically, there are more orders that require a manager than not. The light at the register to alert managers that you need help is broken at every lane. Baggers will literally walk away without telling you and you’ve already passed items down to the bagging corral. Most managers are nice but one is very short with you and treats you like you are dumb. The bags are AWFUL.
