Pros

Good office space, furniture, cafe, good food, free food and cab, nice ambiance, not too much workload

Cons

compulsory in-office presence needed almost everyday, not much flexible hours as you go via cab and they increased in-office hours too, too much politics, toxic environment, less talented people leading, works like a service based company, too much hierarchical mindset, not so friendly environment, people left company without offer in hand also as they couldn't withstand the politics, pressure and toxicity
