      Pros

      Good company to advance quick if you are self motivated and are willing to work long,hard hours with quite a bit of sacrifice.

      Cons

      Management tends to work in cliques and the fair, liberal minded male bosses and counterparts, for the matter, are really hard to find in this company. A lot of sweat and tears are required with very little reward in the end. The first sign of being tired the vultures tend to pounce.

      Pros

      This company really cares about the community around it. I have been constantly astounded on how much money it gives to their surrounding communities. The staff is very veteran so there is tons of great, useful knowledge to learn from. There are bonuses for most of the employees if you're in a bonusing store, that always fun.

      Cons

      So they are really starting try to cut labour. This worries me more than they really willing to admit it's affecting us. They are so quick to cut labour and sacrifice quality it has become absolutely infuriating.

      Great People, Poor Upper Management

      Pros

      The benefits are great. the people are generally great. Enough support staff in place to help you with smaller issues. Free "healthy" snack and coffee on a regular basis. Everyone is more than happy to help one another as they can. Generally embraces new technologies. Comfy chairs for everyone!

      Cons

      Managers often showed signs they were only doing things due to upper management pushing them too. Daily meetings where many repeat the same thing on a daily basis. Too few people for the amount of work needing completed. Very little organization and very little guidance in the Technology Departments. Management is generally not approachable. Newly placed cubicles leave a lot to be desired in terms of privacy and space.
