      Pros

      Good people, little drama. Lots of advancement potential. Great management and good profit sharing bonuses. Rewards the hard working employees. Fun Christmas parties.

      Cons

      Low starting pay. Hard to take time off. Lots of high school kids to baby sit at times. Equipment replacement is hard to get.

      Great Culture but...

      Pros

      I worked in the IT department. The culture is nice. All employees get quarterly bonuses. Company holiday parties are pretty extravagant compared to what I've experienced elsewhere.

      Cons

      Depending on the IT team you land in you can either have a great or a horrible time... I landed in the latter and was overworked, over-stressed, and under-compensated due to having salary pay. And when these things led to medical issues and I had not enough PTO to fix them, I was left high and dry because I couldn't take FMLA (I didn't use their health benefits)

      Pros

      You get a paycheck. Alot of the people I worked with were pretty nice. Occasional $20 bonus. Working in a side-department isnt too bad...especially if you get a decent boss. Mine was a pretty reasonable guy.

      Cons

      Monotonus work. Customers can be difficult...don't really realize that youre just one person. Same stupid comments and jokes a million times. Management is mostly terrible. They heap high expectations relentlessly. They'll intimidate and threaten to get what they want from you. Under-staffed...and completely disorganized.
