      Pros

      Hyvee is a great company to work for. They offer competitive benefits and flexible schedule. They offer health insurance benefits for part time employees.

      Cons

      The process for Aisles online at the store I was working at is extremely unorganized. Ringing, processing and packing the groceries is very unorganized. Loading the totes with groceries is cumbersome and time consuming.

      Pros

      The experience you gain from working at Hy-Vee is phenomenal; they have high sales and traffic, allowing any employee the opportunity to experience many facets of grocery store retail. Being such a large company, it is easy to transfer between departments and stores to gain experience and knowledge throughout your career.

      Cons

      Large companies come with high expectations and high levels of responsibility, especially as a full-time employee (generally, management) it is extremely tricky to request specific days off, and nearly unfathomable to get two consecutive days off in the same week.

      Favoritism is always shown they do sell a lot of dreams to you to keep you working there longer In hopes of growing they don't want you moving to different departments even though they tell you that in the beginning the pay is not bad but should be paid more for this position in all the work that we do hours always screwed up
