Pros

Customers for the most part are friendly, and the satisfaction of completing a project every day made me come to work every day.

Cons

Performance reviews don't exist at our small store so some of the managers get away with their bad management practices. If performance review was taken more seriously I think people would be not only more competitive (and productive), but the managerial environment would prosper, people would enjoy working with their coworkers more.
