A cheap company that takes advantage of their employees.

Pros

There is nothing even remotely positive about Hyatt as a company to their employees.

Cons

Advancement at the Hyatt is based off of personal preference and how well you play office politics. There is no standard that is enforced. The company builds on luring people in, grossly underpaying great talent, overworking them, and taking advantage of some employees' lack of knowledge. Half truths are used to coerce.
