Pros

So far my experience with Hyatt has been a great one. I have one of the best management teams I have ever had. Everyone is great to work with. In only three months I have learned so much about hotel operations and can see this as a great career.

Cons

Expect to work hard, especially in this position. You do it all. Shuttle driver, cook/kitchen, bartender, barista, front desk, even some maintenance.
