Good Location, If you are natrually well presented you will feel comfortable.

Cons

Take themselves very seriously. if you deviate from the script/ procedure whatsoever they will definitely let you know.

Pros

It is a well known marketable brand that "ideally" values the customer. They do have a high standard that excels above their competition and they drive home that level of service.

Cons

It feels as if sometimes they leave their employees behind when dealing with their high level of service and sometimes get out of touch with their guest needs based upon practices that they have been trying to implement.
