Pros

Great opportunity to get to know a new cultural environment. Very attractive benefits for Expats (accommodation in hotel, laundry, access to Gym, etc.)

Cons

Language barrier. Lack of language training support for expats. Local employees seem to be treated as second class employees over expats. Low salary.

Pros

Very formal organizational structure, so you always know who you're accountable to. Large company with a lot of resources to help you succeed.

Cons

Highly beaurocratic, so thinking on-the-fly and autonomy go out the window.
