Pros

Great opportunity to get to know a new cultural environment. Very attractive benefits for Expats (accommodation in hotel, laundry, access to Gym, etc.)

Cons

Language barrier. Lack of language training support for expats. Local employees seem to be treated as second class employees over expats. Low salary.

Pros

Base pay was good, bonus not shared fairly. Access to free or low cost hotel rooms was a good benefit.

Cons

Poor management, especially across the various divisions or operating entities. Inter-departmental issues are very serious, poor leadership resulting in poor decision process.
