Just a number

Pros

Prime downtown location with lots of great places around the area.

Cons

just a number, no acknowledgment for successful work, poor communication, poor training. management doesn't care about hourly workers. pay is garbage with only pennies for a raise based on an annual review. they don't care about you, you are just a number that can be replaced.

Wish I could have stayed

Pros

By far the most welcoming and supportive environment I've worked in. Immediate supervisors who are compassionate and encouraging. I genuinely liked what I did even during times where I felt overworked and was dealing with rude and aggressive guests. Beyond that, the perks are tough to beat.

Cons

Pay could have been better. Despite clear and transparent paths for advancement, the opportunities either kept getting pushed back or just never materialized. Layoff decision came from so far up the chain no one in immediate management knew it was happening.

Pros

I work weekends so those are always busy. Beautiful facilities, decent discounts on services, free hotel nights and good benefits.

Cons

Spa commission is low, hasn’t been changed since the spa opened in 2008. The spa lacks direction and leadership and there is no marketing being done. I feel like this place could really shine with a little more attention to the day to day details.
