Great co-workers, everyone is friendly and kind.

Cons

Pay is fairly stagnant, start at a higher pay if possible raises were 1-3% Very intense corporate culture, if you step out of line you will get punished or written up. Even if you are having a tough time, it can seem to be more of a “suck it up” atmosphere. Flexibility is difficult to find, work from home is not as much for regular workers and you must be online at all times.
