- Treated as a valued member of the team. - Job hours/days can be flexible when working out in the field - Managers want to support you and your goals. - Can reach out to anyone at Hydrite with a question and everyone is happy to be of assistance!

Cons

- May have to work overnight, on holidays, or on weekends when working out in the field. - Might have to be hotels and/or drive long hours to fulfill plant service visits.

Timely, thorough process. Good mix of interview stages with opportunities to meet and discuss position with varying levels of management, all having a very high level of understanding of their aspect of the business.

Cons

Paternity/maternity leave is not on par with other employers in the area.
