Great people to work with on 1st shift, great HR people. Laid back atmosphere.

Cons

Micromanagement is somewhat there from senior management, and moving up is somewhat limited.

Pros

Having a great health benefits package is the only reason I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

People are overworked and under payed. They say they want to pave a path for you to move up but it's just to keep you on the hook, they will pile on more responsibilities for a person and say it's in order to get a promotion or raise with no actual follow through.
