Pros

Small company with small company vibes. Decent pay. Health, dental, and vision plans. Consistent hours. Easy work. Clean.

Cons

May work 6 day weeks for months without being able to opt out unless you have vacation. Get some good shoes with good inserts, concrete is really hard on your feet and legs. Give yourself between a month and 3 to get used to walking on concrete and moving in ways you're not used to. You will get used to it, it just takes some time to adjust. If you end up on 3rds and aren't used to it, it will also take some adjusting.
