The staff is friendly and approachable for the most part. The company provides beginning-of-shift briefings on the current need to improve product quality. The first-line leaders are friendly.

Cons

Lack of supervision. Some employees take unauthorized extended breaks without management noticing or correcting the behavior. Occasionally the parking lot has an odor of marijuana during breaks and lunches.
