Our new "leader" is a self proclaimed expert in all areas of the business, so we should be able to eliminate several people and departments. Incredible cost savings for the Board

Cons

People are aware that he's an expert so mass exodus is about to occur.

Pros

HUSA provides flexible work schedule/locations, competitive pay, and I personally have GREAT direct management.

Cons

It is an industry that can sometimes promote "boys club" mentality, being a woman in this industry can be difficult. The new CEO can be hostile at times promoting a non-desirable culture, so I try to stay out of his spotlight.
