In-house café available. Monthly lunch stipend provided (added to the salary). Flexible scheduling, allowing for hourly work adjustments. Vacation can be taken by the hour. Core talent can receive RSUs (Restricted Stock Units).

Cons

After being acquired by Match Group, there's been increased interference. Some business divisions were shut down due to performance pressure. Work intensity has progressively increased. Most employees do not receive RSUs (just keeping your job is fortunate). Salary increase rate is only 2%.

Supportive team, approachable CEO, and competitive benefits and salary. To top it all off, the office is fantastic, featuring great games, a pool table, and a cafe with complimentary offerings.

Cons

There isn't really anything bad.
