i worked in this company for over a year and half and i know it well, the management is unprofessional, the colleagues are rude. the higher ups are rude and bully employees. i have witness colleagues getting screamed at infront of everyone. No incentives even if it s a part of the contract. no promotion opportunities. arrogant managers. 3 to 5 people quit every month.

Pros

Hyperconnect is one of the very few companies in Korea where you can work without having to speak Korean language. Although not all employees are good at English, most of them are very smart and open to working with foreigners. The atmosphere here is quite unique because people from different region/backgrounds are working together. Plus, the company sponsors Korean classes for international employees.

Cons

The snacks in the office are not that healthy.
