• bad management with inconsistent decisions • no chances to grow, as promotions are rare and people are hired from outside instead

- Company café(Hypresso) available - Snacks (But unhealthy options) - Seollal/Chuseok gifts - Provides one KF mask per day - Might be a nice place for the engineers. Reconsider applying if you're not an engineer. - Not bad work-life balance (Depending on your position)

Cons

- Trying to look like a global company, but it's a super Korean centric company. - Not good for your career growth. - Non-engineer position salaries aren't competitive. - Losing great talents every day. - Immature management, senior leaders; Unstable, poor decision making. - Not enough seniors. - Only a few selected members are promoted. - Access to information is very limited - unable to understand the managements thoughts. - Products aren't really proud to talk about. - Lost the autonomous status; Busy at following parent company's orders.

-Build experience in a range of fields; data analysis, marketing, product management, etc -Lunch credit (but only available to use at restaurants near the office building) -Free cafe & snacks when working from the office (not available while working from home) -Overtime is not typical; start and end work on time without worry -Nice holiday gifts

Cons

-Promotions determined by hierarchy (length of time in company) not achievement or by proven leadership -Pay scale varies heavily; experience & level of education do not guarantee higher pay -Workload is heavy; expected to do a large number of tasks outside the range of the job description (video editing, translation work, etc) -Turnover is very high
