I get to solve challenging problems everyday with an all-star team of incredibly motivated, talented, and driven individuals, from whom I continually learn new things and push myself. Hyperloop Tech greatly encourages and provides opportunities for employees to do great work, giving them responsibility and authority to get it done. The engineering problems are challenging, but attainable, and excitingly new.
Cons
The aggressive schedule and growth rate is difficult to stay ahead of, thus resulting in some growing pains of continually evolving organization, teams, workflow systems, infrastructure, and processes.
