Opportunity to build a one off and the first Hyperloop in the world. •To much space x culture •No advancement •Company places high value on a degree vs job expirence, which cost us Devloop deadline and millions. •Poor communication •Company growing pains •Lots of meetings and talk, slow to act, months / years •Lessons learned cost thousands just to tell us what we already knew, •Reactive company •Inexpirenced Safety Managers she is reactive, her strength is more procedural safety vs operational which slow progress •Former HR director runs company (voiced concerns from vast amounts t of employees) •Clicks •Racist remarks covered up and then reactive training set up (Apex) •employees told by managers to do busy work be invisible or hide for over a year •Seperate rules for certain employees, reactive training to cover / attempt to repair. •fake it till we make it vs fix the problems •I worked 70+ hours for over a year at a salary, •95% of the team that built the test track was apart of the RIF
