Pros
VH1 provided lunch, drinks and worked to create a positive company culture.
Cons
Top down issues. Reactive leadership. Poor planning. Poor budgeting. Engineer run company. Engineers running Devloop vs a construction team so progress was slow. HR was extremely toxic and tried to run the company which contributed to the companies failure. Leadership trying to reinvent the wheel on most simple and basic task.
