Business Outlook
Pros
- Some people were fantastic to work with. Lots of brilliant individuals that clearly hold a lot of passion for their work. - The type of work can be challenging in a good way of where the wins are rewarding.
Cons
- Frequent leadership changes. Last 2 CEO's have been let go for unknown reasons. - As of Q4 2021, Morale is at an all time low. - Company is not a leader in protecting its employees from Covid. Policies to protect employees are weak and not enforced by the Environmental Health and Safety department. - Stock options are laughably poor. - Company vision has drastically suffered. - You have to really fight for your work/life balance. Many employees suffer from burnout.
