They fire the teachers, mentors, and people that mean well. Don't get me wrong, there are some that fly under the radar like that big white fat dude that has the biggest heart known to humankind. But everyone else will crap on you to get ahead.
They also don't like people trying to advance their career but they're hellbent on this thing called "knowledge transfer." That Urchin guy is okay.
