Pros

I was only with them for a short time (had to move back East) but learned a lot. There is constant training and lunch and learns available with fun, friendly and supportive management. They are open to suggestions that will help grow the business and help everyone to succeed.

Cons

I didn't really have any cons there.

Pros

Nice Offices - that's all.

Cons

They pay their Sales Manager $50K plus commission!!! Lowest BASE PAY in the industry for an experienced dedicated Sales Manager. Seems they're loaded but they don't want to share the profits with their employees. Work elsewhere not there. Too low pay, and employees are starving. Turn over.

Pros

Team oriented workplace, everyone is there for the common goal, and that is to succeed. I have only been here for a short time, but so far one of the Pros is that there is actual training, it seems that Management is really on top of making sure that training is thorough, that there is support, and that new employees are being given all the resources they need to succeed. Also, so far everyone has been very nice and helpful.

Cons

I really cannot offer any Cons at this time...as I stated above, I have only been here a short time.
