Pros

Met some really amazing individuals throughout my time there, while few & far between-they made it worthwhile when we did cross paths.

Cons

Long story less long... the "associate owned" company struggles with fundamental leadership and people management skills, leading to high turnover among talented employees. Many in leadership roles lack basic empathy, communication, and respect for work-life balance, despite messaging that claims otherwise. Favoritism, nepotism, and outdated workplace dynamics create an environment where professional growth is often stifled rather than supported. HR practices can be questionable at best, with policies that seem inconsistently enforced and, at times, ethically concerning. Employees who raise legitimate concerns may find themselves in precarious situations, making it a difficult place for those who value fairness, transparency, and a healthy work culture. Final note: If you have even a fleeting thought about raising concerns or calling out wrongdoing, consider this your warning—blowing whistles here is not for the faint of heart. In fact, avoid anything even remotely resembling a breath-powered alert tool unless you’re already prepared to be job hunting immediately after.

Pros

Great co-workers & customers all around.

Cons

A culture so incredibly toxic, wrought with internal office politics, an overwhelming need for control and power over it's employees, the rate at which decade plus tenured employees opt to leave for retirement or greener pastures in any given month, should just about cover why you should run far and fast from this place.

Pros

Yearly bonuses, stock owner in company, state of the art environment

Cons

So many chiefs, not enough indians. Every leader has a leader. It takes a team of 8 people to agree and change a roll of toilet paper
