      Associate owned, focused on R&D, targets mid range of industry pay grades, great training opportunities, walks the walk when it comes to social responsibility and environmental issues

      Cons

      Not interested in changing organizational culture to meet global differences. Very slow to make decisions.

      Pros

      Profit sharing and company stock keep everyone pointed in the right direction. They survey employees every year and actually act upon the results of the survey.

      Cons

      Very slow decision making means they miss market opportunities because of indecision. They like to encourage out of the box thinking, but those ideas are never acted upon. They are firmly in the middle of the box. No risk taking ever occurs.
