Pros
I normally don't write reviews, but I read what other people are writing, and it's been opposite of my experience. Company has grown fast which has it's issues. I like the way that people are connected in my team, and we try to have fun at work. The work is also interesting, and I have learned a lot since joining. Nice perks like social events and free drinks and fruit and stuff. I have worked at other technology companies before, so I can compare. I have high hopes that things will continue to improve- I will give the company a 5 now, but I am not afraid to change my rating if things go downhill.
Cons
Pay was low, but I am satisfied now- the company has to keep up with what other companies are paying so we don't go below that. Also, the CEO team needs to communicate more. Lots of people complain that the offices are separate in Vancouver. It doesn't bother me, but I guess they should find a space for all of us.
