Pros

Amazing experience working with UX teams, product, data and backend teams to get out application production ready for our customers. Always a new and exciting feature to work on. Engineering team is awesome, too. Great knowledge, great people - willing to help you out whenever you need it.

Cons

Teams are really small. would be nicer if there were more people in tech
