      Pros

      I spent 16 months at Hyrecar, it was a great! I really felt like the company was invested in my growth and personal well-being. It was really challenging work, they have a learn-as-you-go mentality to knocking out tickets. There's so many problems to solve around booking rides, handling payments, vetting new users etc. you're always working on something new! All in all, I'd give Hyrecar a 10/10. Loved my time there!

      Cons

      The company has their developers switching teams and touching all parts of the stack constantly. You won't spend much time owning one feature, write your code in a way that it's easy to hand off to another developer.

      The managers don’t k is how to do anything and hardly ever actually do any work. They pay the bare minimum.
