Pros
Great crew in the shop. Some really loyal people who have a ton of tribal knowledge in the finishing world.
Cons
Not the cleanliest, The culture is said to be about improvements but they are stuck in a rut of doing things the same way. They don't value their people as they should. Their pay is on the rather low end of pay scales compared to other companies. Need to do more appreciation and show value to their employees.
