good coworkers, safe working environment, fine starting pay
Cons
pay structure requires you to work in other departments to get raises but revolving door in Zn-Ni means you're stuck there, management tends to micromanage and communication between workers and management is wonky sometimes
Company has a lot of business in the aerospace industry and will expose you to a lot of different companies and processes. They are really patient with promising hires and they give out pay raises if you twist their arm (non-production worker btw)
Cons
A lot of them have been working there for years, not a lot of new hires stick out, probably due to unnecessary drama from the older ladies in the shop/office.
