Nothing that I can think of at the top of my head other than it's a job. The "lower class" employees are a joy to work with.

Cons

This company is awful to work for. Save your time and ignore any request for an interview. You'll be glad you didn't go.

a lot of responsibility and take your own initiative. Because there is a lack of any kind of real established process you get a lot of space to create your own thing and so can set up your own whole new process.

Cons

the relations between Koreans and international is really separated. you will project being done double, by Koreans and internationals. Koreans will always prefer to handle things only with Koreans. expect a LOT of bureaucracy.
