Cons

Too much politics, Korean-mindset of company hierarchy is ridiculous. Hasn't assimilated into American culture whatsoever for having been located in the US for so long (~10 years). Overall not recommended for anyone looking for any serious career development or growth.

Great people, good benefits. Holiday shutdown between Christmas and New Year.

Cons

Mobis does not listen to it's American staff. Hours are long, demands and workload unrealistic. No work/ life balance. No integrity. All about appearance.
