- Fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities for process improvement. - Small teams with more responsibility leads to opportunities to wider variety of work experience. - Excellent health insurance and very high job stability (less layoffs).

Cons

- Compensation is on the lower side compared to the market. - Management competence is inconsistent, often lagging behind industry standards - Inconsistent Strategy due to Rotation: Business direction is heavily driven by HQ and rotating expatriates. The fixed 4-year expat cycle often leads to frequent shifts in strategic priorities, making it difficult to maintain long-term continuity and causing "organizational fatigue" for local employees.
