If you're not okay with working 12-hour days from Monday to Saturday, not Friday, but Saturday, while constantly hearing "You need to do a better job," this isn’t the place for you. Management's only explanation is that it's a startup, but that doesn’t justify piling more work onto people who are already stretched thin instead of addressing the real issues. Being a startup doesn’t mean ignoring the fact that employees are human and need personal time. They keep saying they’ll bring in more people and that things will magically improve, but there’s no real plan, no short-term solution, and honestly, it doesn’t seem like they even know how to fix the situation.
