Plenty of overtime, Working long days with maybe a Sunday off, unrealistic management expectations. Hand radios. You can move positions if you outlast others. Food truck for breakfast.

Cons

Mandatory overtime regardless of asking in advance for time off. Production Scheduling Management is laser focused on making production goals without having the needed components ordered or in stock. Communication is word of mouth with employees having to use their personal cell phone to communicate with eachother.
