Pros
They pay you to work. This is definitely a job for you if you’re unemployed and absolutely desperate for work.
Cons
You have to leave and exit through metal detectors every time as if they’re making weapons for Lockheed Martin. Work comes in waves and there’s a lot of times you’re literally standing for your whole shift. You’re not even allowed to sit. Management gives all employees a heads up when clients are coming for a tour so they tell us that we have to look busy, or else they threaten to make you pick up trash in the parking lot as if that’s worse than standing in the same spot for 8 hours. Pay is an absolute joke compared to Bay Area industry standards.
