Dynamic and challenging - every day presents new opportunities for learning and solving a challenge. Management is great at investing in the infrastructure and resources to support this level of growth. There is a paradigm shift in the server industry and Hyve is truly at the forefront.

Cons

Huge growth results in the # of projects growing faster than the pace of hiring even though reqs are open. Employees who are able to execute, wear multiple hats, and are hands on succeed compared to ex-employees who expect to only do one basic function and do the bare minimum with no accountability.
