      Pros

      - If you check on Hyve Youtube channel, you will see everybody in Hyve saying " You can be a entrepreneur here." This sentence can be definitely translated to " Everyone has the strong RESPONSBILITY/Liability for company margin" , so you will never be bored here. -It's a flat org, everyone can speak to high managements. (Dont worry, they will chase after you) -Will grow in fast speed, compensation is just fair for the juniors. - colleagues are nice , cause you are fighting endless war together

      Cons

      - Definitely not a long-term option - Employees don't feel safe to speak out personal idea, you need to be careful of the climate when you report to upper managements. - Hyve has decent business scale but the management mindset still stuck in a garage startup management mindset. - Not willing to invest in operation enhancement. always rely on manual remediation. - If your favorite holiday is Halloween, it's a nice place for you. You can play a fire fighter EVERYDAY without costume.

      the employees are great n easy to get along with

      management don't care about employees and don't have a work relationship with their team. these people will walk pass u everyday look you dead in the face and wont acknowledge. they half way speak back when you do decide to speak!!! poor skill set with these people!!!!

      Pros

      Decent benefits, diverse environment, a good job to get your foot in the door. The company has made an effort to improve and embrace DEI for the past 2 years There is room to grow and be promoted if you have the right boss.

      Cons

      Even after covid bonuses being included into the base pay, the company still pays just under industry standard. Certain ethnic groups and cultures tend to gang up and spread rumors about people in their own language Some bosses will say one thing and do another which can make employees feel like they can't trust them to keep their word.
