Pros
The first thing you notice is the support of your upper management and coworkers. From what I experienced at Hyve it doesn't matter how much knowledge you have of the industry or how many years of experience is under their belt, everyone from day 1 to 10+ years is open to learning from each other. Critically thinking: A company with such experienced individuals willing to take and asking to take advice from down the line shows a potential healthy level of growth from a company in the long term and speaks highly of the company culture and management. This is a work hard/play hard environment, and your contributions is key to the success of the team.
Cons
The company is everchanging and ever learning, you'll be able to help structure certain standards of procedures with a good base of resources. This is a pro/con not everything is set up as smooth as you'd think but you can help to implement changes. Other than that I am still looking for a real con.
