There are to many to name. The openness of management and transparency is first class. The diversity efforts are great and making strides in changing the company environment. I also have awesome coworkers as we all have a can do and team work mentality.

Cons

I cant really think of any as my experience over 22 years have been great and have been learning lessons that have helped me grow at work and personally.
