      Pros

      - Great Team! - Great People! - Good benefits - ok Perks (if in corporate department) - flexibility of work schedule/ hours (per circumstances) - decent amount of work load/ stress

      Cons

      - Slow-to-no career development, you have to take initiative to ask for a raise or promotion which takes a while and a lot of BS'ing. - low pay - low annual increase - lucky if you get the perks - Some of the Manufacturing Managements will block your career development because they want to keep you in their team and use you for their self gain. and they will DO WHATEVER it takes to do that. - a lot of good people left the company due to the low pay and low increase. - and i want to stress it even more that the seniors are not getting paid enough. - so if you are looking to apply in this company, you might get lucky and get a good pay rate.

      Pros

      Hyve is a fast growing segment of Synnex. It has a very startup like feel to it but has the funding of a fortune 169 company behind it. It is fast passed and you have to work hard and smart to be successful here. Management is going to push you hard, but if you step up, it will be noticed and appreciated. We are like one big family and all work to help each other succeed and respect each others work life balance. Best part of the job is you get to work with some of the smartest people in the world on cloud computing. Great leadership, great product and a space that's growing. It's a great time to be at Hyve - wind in the sails. I love working here and will continue to succeed at whatever is put in front of me.

      Cons

      If you aren't a going to put in the effort you shouldn't be here, we are moving to fast and dealing with customers that are to large for anything but your best.

      Pros

      High turnover creates opportunities for advancement. There are so many holes to fill in the Hyve organization and people will have opportunities to step up.

      Cons

      A chaos-driven environment in which a privileged few avoid all accountability and everyone else is a potential scapegoat. Blame is more important that solutions and honesty is severely punished.
