Good people work here and work can be fun. The company tries to make improvements but often are too moving or not impactful

Cons

Work hours aren’t flexible Caseloads are unmanageable Pay is poor Little support in clinical buildings

Pay is Ok. Good location.

Cons

The job title says you are a teacher, but it is a mental health facility and you are expected to do medical billing. Boundless will even tell you they are not a school. They have no principals, only Behavior staff that are not educated to provide academic support or understand or care about teaching methods. They never cancel because of weather, too much money to be lost from medical reimbersment.
