Pros

Pay is decent for the area, the company isn’t afraid to pay staff. Benefits are decent for the area as well

Cons

Management is atrocious. They will lie to keep their jobs and commit fraud to keep their buildings open. If you have new ideas they will be shot down with Grace. They retaliate, they want people who will conform to the status quo

Pros

The pay was decent and so were the benefits.

Cons

The communication between upper management, lower management, and staff members is very inconsistent. They tend to make things work from situation to situation and person to person. It’s very inconsistent. Safety is a big concern and management takes it as a joke.

Pros

Staff at Boundless really, truly cares about their jobs, from the frontline staff caring for individuals with disabilities to the administrative staff. The Boundless values are Excellence, Empowerment, Love, Respect, and Well-Being, and it shows. At many companies, values are for show and are not really reflected in the culture. At Boundless, I see all of those values in action every single day. Benefits are good, especially PTO. When you need time off, you are allowed to take time off, whether you're sick or you're going on vacation or even if you just need a day off. I have even been encouraged to use more of my PTO just to promote my own well-being. The 401(k) is also great and easy to sign up for, and the Benefits team is so easy to work with when you have questions. I could say so many more nice things about Boundless, but instead I'll just encourage you to join Boundless.

Cons

Sometimes growth opportunities are pursued too quickly.
