This job is very satisfying, challenging, and rewarding. It has been my favorite job so far in my working career. You get to meet and work with amazing individuals that will make your day and boost your self confidence. I have learned to be patient, think critical and creatively. There is no better feeling than seeing a goal be accomplished and growth in the individual.

Cons

I have dealt with aggressive behaviors and bodily fluids, but that comes with the job. No job is perfect and the good outweighs the bad hands down!
