Pros

I've worked at Boundless for almost 5 years. I've worked for similar agencies and am impressed every day with the quality of the services provided from in-home supports to behavioral health outpatient to respite. Boundless puts a lot of focus on employee pay, benefits and a culture of support and innovation. The most important employees are those who do direct care for the people served with disabilities, behavioral health and complex needs. Boundless chose to increase the starting wage higher than any other large provider while maintaining benefits for all staff. This type of thing is not uncommon at Boundless. The clinical and program teams are the best in the field and there is a great spirit of teamwork! Some people would say the rapid growth at Boundless is tough. It can be hectic, but the purpose is based on vision and filling service gaps in our communities versus lining someone's pockets. Boundless is an organization focused fully on the mission while using "for profit" business principles to be efficient and financially stable.

Cons

The social services field is stressful overall so you have to be sure to focus on your work/life balance. Boundless does try to support that. The higher ups have been great at leading the way to a great future, but will sometimes create projects without fully thinking them through or getting feedback from the programs.

Pros

Boundless has 30 fundamentals that we live by and a fantastic approach to customer service. It is an absolute joy to work for a company who believes in their employees, provides training and support and places the individuals in their care before anything.

Cons

With growth comes growing pains, but Boundless is conscientious about it's growth and works as a team to work through issues that arise to find creative solutions.

Allows for creativity in lesson planning. Fantastic kids. Time off

Cons

Not a lot of support to teachers so you have to be able to figure things out on your own
