Concept/mission YES, environment-employees NO
Pros
Overall I met and worked with some wonderful people--that's speaking of the clients itself. After working hard slaving and genuwinely caring for the residents, I grew rapport and grew to love them and their accomplishments/improvements.
Cons
Working there was really toxic environment, the upper management was horrible. People with fancy degrees come in get good hours, and the lower ranking staff work like slaves and are paid less. The staff know more about the residents themselves then upper management. I enjoyed Tracy!! Fights broke out while on the job --this was the employees fighting, meds continuously missed.. meds errors! Very unprofessional , then upper management will bully and belittle staff. Belive it or not they tried saving the aggressive employees jobs after fight. No accountabilty. NO TO ETHICS AND MORALS. COMPLETE JOKE.
